How We Work

01 Alarm System/Emergency Telephone System

Installation and commissioning of a Security & Health Monitoring System/Emergency Telephone System. The alarm system will consist of components of a sophisticated and leading edge electronic system together with an appropriate communication mechanism will be installed in the customer premises

02 Monitoring Services and Quick Response Teams

These services would be provided from local control Centre positioned in Panchkula, Haryana. There are two types of monitoring that are the basis for all our services; they both use the same electronic infrastructure. The Security Monitoring services can onlyfully be availed if a suitable alarm and sensors or Emergency Telephone System have been fitted on the premises. If the appropriate sensors have not been fitted then the Security Services will only respond when the alarm/telephone system is triggered manually by the Customer using a panic button or pendant alarm.

Security Monitoring

This service monitors the status of the alarms and track any incidents triggered by an “Alarm Incident”. The monitoring centre will receive a call from the installed alarm/ telephone system indicating that either that a sensor had activated or a panic button had been pressed. Either of these events would elicit a response described:

A security team would be dispatched to the site. They would investigate the source of the trigger and secure the property – video may be taken that would be put on record.

In addition, depending on the service level- A contact abroad could also be made aware (Europe, UK, Canada, US), this would allow a decision to be made regarding securing and longer term protection of the property. If required photo and video could be provided.

Health Monitoring

Using the same technology and the same monitoring centre the system could be triggered for a medical emergency. The trigger event wills either the use of a wall mounted panic button/telephone system or a “necklace” panic button provided to an individual in the home. The monitoring centre will receive a call from the house system indicating that a medical emergency had occurred, this event would elicit a described response

A medical ambulance team would be dispatched to the customer. The ambulance team would consist of two officers including a fully trained paramedic that would provide immediate medical assistance. Paramedics would be trained to international standards, supported by the Ambulances equipped with the latest medical technology (ALS).

In addition, if required a contact
abroad will also be made aware
(Europe, UK, Canada &US) of the
incident, this would allow a decision
to be made regarding any long terms
treatment needs of the customer.
Depending on the condition of the
patient an update could be sent via
email/telephone. It is the
responsibility of the client to update
the emergency contact numbers if
they change.

Once a patient had been picked
up the ambulance would
transport them to a preapproved Hospital that would
provide highest level of care.

Medical updates-:
Its is the responsibility of the
client to inform us of any
medical changes, including
changes to medication.

The IT Manager will also assist in selecting the best location in your house for the electronic/phone system, and conduct an activator range test to determine the in-home range of the Electronic /phone system. Our personal emergency response services are available on a subscription basis which could be quarterly/halfyearly & Yearly etc
